David has created this blog to enable clients to keep upto date with his architectural photography. The economic downturn is a worrying time for many, but in these uncertain times many of David's clients have been commissioning photography. The images will be used to advertise many of the past projects that may be haven't been photographed before to enable architects to update their websites and create a renewed interest in the practice's. David's website www.davidmillington.com is continually being updated with new images.
One such scheme which has created a great deal of interest is Accordia Housing Estate in Cambridge which David photographed in 2006 for the Commission for Architecture in the Built Environment (CABE). Accordia won the Riba Stering Prize for Acrhitecture in 2008. The architects were Feilden Clegg Bradley Studios (FCBS), Alison Brooks Architects and Maccreanor Lavington Architects. David's photography of the development can be viewed here www.davidmillington.com/accordia
New content to David Millington's webblog will be added shortly.
